Tinkreate is a 1.21.1 NeoForge modpack built around two pillars: a complete Tinkers' Construct experience and a complete Create experience, each rounded out with every addon that fits.
Around that core, a heavily customized resource pack, shaders, and a curated mod list give the whole game a comfy, MMORPG-style vibe, turning the usually empty sandbox into a lively, atmospheric world.

A public survival server runs the full pack, open to anyone who has it installed. PvP is on, a parallel creative-plot Freebuild world sits alongside survival, and the entire stack is hosted and managed on hersh.cc. See the Server Log for the running list of changes.

Playing Solo
For singleplayer, I recommend generating your world with the Terra terrain mod and its Origen overworld addon, for far richer and more varied terrain.
One heads-up: with Terra and Origen active you currently can't join the public server (a known bug), which is why it isn't bundled with the pack. Use it only for solo worlds. If you would rather keep things calmer, or want to play on the server, Terralith is a great alternative.
